We have rights as indigenous
women and as a part of
Indigenous Peoples. We
have the right to live our life
in dignity, to have an identity
as indigenous people, to
exercise politics, to have a
voice and make decisions at
community, regional, national
and international level, we have
the right to develop, to defend
our right for Mother Earth, for
a territory, the right not to be
imposed a partner, to have the
same rights as other women…

We get associated to defend our collective rights and to assure the participation of
indigenous women in decision making about the topics that have an impact over
the Indigenous Peoples’ Rights. We promote legal and constitutional measures,
both at national and international level. We defend the Indigenous Peoples’ Self-
Determination Rights, and we encourage the full participation of indigenous women
in the political process to achieve this goal.
